4. Payment Terms

Monthly packages are billed in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees and service suspension.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided once work has commenced. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, information, and assets
  • Respond to communications and approve content within agreed timeframes
  • Provide honest and complete information about your business
  • Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
  • Make payments on time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials you provide. By engaging our services, you grant us a license to use this content for the purpose of delivering services to you.

6.2 Our Content

Content created by us (including captions, graphics, strategies, and templates) is licensed to you for your business use. We retain the right to showcase examples of our work in our portfolio (with your permission).

6.3 Digital Products

Digital products are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates or products.

7. Cancellation & Termination

7.1 Cancellation by Client

Monthly packages may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment for services provided during the notice period.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful to our business or reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • We cannot guarantee specific results, follower growth, or engagement rates
  • We are not responsible for changes to social media platform algorithms or policies
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We carry professional indemnity insurance to protect both parties

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share your business information, strategies, or content with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. We expect the same confidentiality regarding our business practices and proprietary methods.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve managing accounts on third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for actions taken by these platforms, including account suspensions or policy changes.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, platform shutdowns, or government restrictions.

12. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached:

  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
